Question 1

What does the Career-Start Bundle include?

Accepted Answer

It includes career guidance, one customizable CV creation use, LinkedIn guidance, job-ad comparison, and a motivational or cover letter. Comparison access allows up to 5 ads per comparison and up to 3 comparisons in 7 days. Professional manual CV review is excluded.

Question 2

What will I be charged, and how do I get access?

Accepted Answer

Prices are displayed in EUR. Each offer shows the exact USD amount submitted to hosted Checkout before you continue; any EUR equivalent posted by your bank is not guaranteed. After payment is verified, access is associated with your account. Sign in again with the same account to find your purchases in the dashboard.

Question 3

Can I edit my CV, and how many times can I use the builder?

Accepted Answer

Each CV-builder purchase includes one use to create an editable draft. You can review and edit it before using it. The result depends on the information you provide; the bundle includes one CV creation use.

Question 4

Which services use AI, and which are delivered by a person?

Accepted Answer

The CV and motivational-letter flows can prepare editable drafts with AI assistance from your inputs. They are not guaranteed professional advice or outcomes. Manual CV review and the 60-minute consultation or mentorship are separate one-time services; neither is included in the Career-Start Bundle.

Question 5

What are the withdrawal, cancellation, or refund terms?

Accepted Answer

The published Terms do not define purchase-specific withdrawal, cancellation, or refund terms. This FAQ does not add a policy. For payment, missing access, billing, refund, or technical questions, use the Contact link on this page to submit a request. A successful submission confirms only that the request was saved in this app; delivery to support and any reply have not been verified.
